KGB Airsoft have been operating for 15 years, and are the first airsoft site in the South West. We welcome everyone, boys and girls, and players of all ages. We can provide games for private groups, corporate days, hen and stag parties and birthdays.
We play every other Sunday, let us know if you want to come along beforehand.
What is Airsoft
Airsoft is a game of 'combat simulation', and is similar to paintball or laser-tag. It uses guns that shoot small plastic pellets (BBs) at your opposition.
Airsoft guns don't use a marking system to register when players get hit, and instead rely on the players to call out when hit. Even though the plastic pellets are small, you can still feel when you have been hit, and they make quite a distince sound. Although cheats exist in similar games, including paintball and laser-tag, the majority of Airsoft players are honest and the game works well, as proved by it´s immense popularity.
We are based in 'Porkellis Moor', located between Falmouth and Helston. The site is a large woodland area made up of different terrains, including open scrubland, woodland of varying densities and some fairly boggy parts!
We have various rules of conduct to follow to ensure your saftey during the game, which we will advise you of before hand. Other safety measures to bear in mind include the following:
Food and Drink
Bring water and food with you to keep yourself hydrated and your blood sugar up to avoid any possible headaches, dizziness, and fainting. We have a kettle on site for tea and coffee.
We have at the very least one qualified first aider in attendance at each game, and we ask that you do make us aware before the activity of any medical conditions.
