3 Day BC Canoe Award Course at Chichester

Let us take you into the open waters for a 3-day open canoeing course!

If you consider yourself an intermediate paddler and have some canoeing experience, we have the perfect course that gives you ample time to enjoy paddling through Chichester and sharpen your skills.

Completing these three days of 8-hour sessions will grant you The British Canoeing Canoe Award (was BC 3 Star Open Canoe); this course runs following the BC syllabus, so you will be under the guidance of an experienced instructor and will learn essential skills.

Canoeing over open and moving water is great fun and is a great way to quench your thirst for adventure, but it can also be challenging, so our expert coaches will help improve your boat handling skills and provide you with a range of new techniques.

We supply all the necessary equipment: an open-top canoe, paddle, buoyancy aid, wetsuit, safety kit and maps. Your coach will teach you to properly use the equipment with a safety briefing at Chichester Harbour before we head on to the water and tips throughout the course.
