1.5h Clay Pigeon Shooting Session in the Taff Vale

Find out, or show off, by joining us for a clay pigeon shooting session. Suitable for both experienced guns and complete newcomers, our sessions are incredibly popular for families, groups of friends and even teams from the office.

The sport consists of shooting at flying clay targets with a shotgun. We give each participant 25 shots and let our trained instructors work their magic. The result? Plenty of smashed clays! It usually takes around 1.5 hours to get through the shots.

We also provide safety equipment and start the activity with a safety talk. Then the tuition starts, with easy shots at first, building up to more complex shoot layouts. We can inject some healthy competition into proceedings too.

All you have to do is make the short journey (a little over 10 miles) from Cardiff, or the even shorter journey if you’re coming from Pontypridd, to the Taff Vale. Here, you’ll find our site, set on a 360-acre working farm.
