Our pony days are the perfect experience your little ones need to connect and appreciate nature. They are friendly animals and everyone loves them! Especially kids!
We run our sessions at Charnwood Forest in our 110-acre countryside in Leicestershire. Children will be under the watchful eyes of our friendly staff who will help them enjoy a wonderful day surrounded by ponies. The experience includes grooming, tacking up, bringing in and turning out, field checks, mucking out and more.
Children 5-16 years old are suitable to join! We provide a riding hat, but they are more than welcome to bring theirs. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing for the day and footwear such as riding boots or wellies.
They will also have a 60-minute riding lesson, guaranteeing an unforgettable experience on our farm. Our ponies are lovely and the bond people create with them is priceless! Please don't forget to pack lunch and drinks for your children as we start at 9:00 am and finish at 3:00 pm!
