Description of 2 Day White Water Kayaking Course in Boulmer
The Northeast of England is one of the best places in England to make paddling progress.
From our base in Boulmer, near Alnwick, Northumberland, we can select excellent white water locations and rapid rivers in the region to host our British Canoeing white water kayaking courses. We follow the BC syllabus and there’s the possibility to earn one of their awards at the end of the programme.
It’s a two-day course, usually taking place on a weekend in the colder months of the year when rainfall has created gushing torrents to enjoy. We’re looking for grade 2-3 rapids for our coaching.
This course is for experienced kayakers who’ve been in white water before. We’ll help you build confidence and learn new skills when it comes to tackling currents, falls and obstacles. In general, participants bring their own equipment to the course. If you are unable to do that, you might be able to rent some of ours.
We’re a team of passionate, life-long kayakers with a passion for helping people get more out of the sport. We’ll be able to tailor the coaching to the needs of the group (max. 4 people).

Fixed Date bookings are non-refundable, except in cases of bad weather or issues with the provider. Bookings without a date or for gifting can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
