The River Coquet is a charming waterway that winds through the countryside of Northumberland until it meets the sea in Amble. Here, Warkwoth castle rises above the water creating spectacular views - best enjoyed from the seat of a kayak.
We take groups limited to six people on these trips, so you can be sure of a personalised experience. At the head of the flotilla will be one of qualified and experienced guides. They’ll lead the route as well as providing support and instructions on how to use the kayaks.
Previous experience isn’t necessary, so the whole family can join us on this tour. The price shown here is a special deal for children and teens, aged 8 to 18 years old.
You’ll be using our sit on top kayaks, which are stable and easy to use. We also supply paddles, wetsuits and life jackets. Make sure that every member has a swimsuit to wear under the wetsuit, a towel and a bottle of water.
