We supply briefing, tuition and equipment, including boards, paddles and wetsuits. We recommend bringing a pair of trainers and a towel to enjoy at its finest. Have you tried stand-up paddleboarding before? It's a fun and rewarding experience, suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Unlike other sports, SUP requires minimal training, enabling anyone to give it a try.We run our SUP sessions around Porthcawl. We have multiple venues, including Coney Beach and Newton, but Rest Bay is our favourite beach. It's an ideal place to relax as you paddle to explore the area.
Don't worry if it's your first time trying SUP. You'll be under the guidance of a professional and supervised instructor who will teach you the essential techniques to paddle with confidence. We supply the equipment, including boards, paddles and wetsuits. Please bring an old pair of trainers and a towel. It's a full day of paddling time!
Our paddleboarding sessions are available throughout the summer, and we can cater them for events, such as birthdays, stag and hen parties, youth, school, teambuilding or corporate events. We promise not to disappoint!
