Whether you want to take an individual lesson or with your group of friends, our 6-hour SUP safety workshop will be ideal the learning the best SUP skills. We run our sessions in Applecross Wharf, but we can move within the Glasgow area upon your request. Our safety courses are suitable for people of all levels, adjusting everything around your needs and preferences.

Our safety lessons will help you gain confidence on the water, the correct use of equipment, planning according to weather, seasons, swells, rescue skills, and more. Please allow a minimum of six hours during the day to take advantage of your course without a rush.
