Self-Guided SUP Tour Richmond to Twickenham, 2.5h

Take yourself on a journey of discovery down the River Thames with our self-guided SUP tour.

We’re based on the banks of the Thames in Richmond. In this area of London, trees and grass line the river on both sides and pleasure boats cruise up and down.

You’ll find us at the end of River Lane, where you’ll pick up your paddleboard, paddle and life jacket. We’ll also give you a dry bag to keep your personal belongings safe during the experience. You need to wear a swimsuit and a pair of trainers that you’re prepared to get wet. We recommend bringing a picnic to enjoy on the riverbank or visiting the riverside White Swan Pub for refreshments.

The route is simple - follow the river! You don’t need a guide to reach Twickenham but we’ll give you a map and information sheet to help you get the most out of the 2.5 hour experience. If you’re not sure how to use a paddleboard, we’ll give you tips before you set off.

This activity is suitable for anyone who’s able to use a paddleboard. Children and teens under 18 can come, if the group includes adults.
