Discover the fundamentals of Stand-up Paddleboarding, including the techniques, bends, and water safety protocols with us! This activity is an enjoyable way to pick up a new activity with your loved ones in a secure and calm setting.

We welcome you to our Stand-up Paddleboarding (SUP) Group session in Henley for an hour and 30 minutes!

We have experienced instructors to provide you with an overview of the equipment, circumstances, and safety briefing. It is for you to have the best experience ever with SUP!

Moreover, SUP is a fantastic method to improve your physical fitness! It is also a way to mix up your workouts and keep them interesting. You can handle more challenging settings, which require more balancing work from your stabilizer muscles.

Participation in this activity is only open to those at least 18 years old. For children, please check out our other offer! Furthermore, you don't need to be a strong swimmer; all you need to be is at ease falling into the water while wearing a personal flotation device. Please also use plasters on your legs or feet to avoid any unfortunate events to occur.

You are welcome to wear your trainers, bring flip-flops or anything similar to your session.
