Junior Half Day Raft Building at Backbarrow

Because this special activity involves an outdoor experience full of fun, adrenaline and so on, you get to work with your team and put into practice diverse abilities to successfully build a winner raft and enjoy the journey across the water during this raft building session. We are located in Backbarrow in Cumbria, the perfect location to engage in a fun activity with your family and friends (all levels are welcome to join).

Know that this specific price is only for kids (the maximum age is 17 years old). For half-day, you will be facing different challenges involving teamwork, brainstorming, learning rafting, and how to navigate and coordinating with the other people on board. In the beginning, the instructor will meet you at the venue and give you a safety briefing, introduction to rafting, raft-building ideas, and diverse techniques you will need to have the best experience possible.

Part of the session involves some fun racings to have a great time challenging not only your raft but the creation of the others team. We include in the price all the rafting equipment, safety apparel, wetsuit, and waterproof cag (not included, parking and meals). Make sure to come with proper clothes, preferable waterproof, also with a towel, extra change of clothes, and a bag to put the wet stuff.
