Day Sailing Session at Teignmouth Beach 2 Days

Passage planning and decision-making for small boat cruising are vital in sailing. These must be developed and given attention if you want to get serious about sailing!

Welcome to our Day Sailing session for two days in Teignmouth, Devon, under the Royal Yachting Association (RYA). Every enthusiast's skill set should include this crucial and enjoyable activity.

The theoretical elements of preparing and arranging a journey are covered in this intensive workshop. Following your selected path, the theory is subsequently put into effect on a day's sail.

Before doing this activity, participants must have prior knowledge of at least the standard of RYA Level Two Sailing. Depending on the circumstances, participants will be capable of planning and executing a voyage.

This course only allows up to a maximum of 4 participants, in which all of them must be at least 16 years old. A certificate and a handbook are included, as well as induction from our professional instructors and the necessary equipment.

• Recovery from total inversion (turtling)
• Using a compass to navigate
• Anchoring
• Water flows and tidal heights
