Description of Shannon Heritage

In Ireland, we are proud of our roots and Heritage. There is no doubt that we have some of the most beautiful countryside in the world and many rich stories to tell. Our drive to share our history and identity has led us to create Shannon Heritage, sharing the best attractions, experiences and entertainment since 1963.

Shannon Heritage is one of the pioneers in organising heritage attractions and entertainment activities in the country. We're pleased to be one of the largest heritage centres in Ireland. You can find us in Galway, Limerick, Clare and Dublin, offering four evening activity programmes and three-day visitor attractions.

It all started with the idea of providing mediaeval banquets, never imagining that this would lead to the rapid expansion of our services. Today, we continue the tradition of providing trips back to the 19th century with experiences on the Village Street in Bunratty Folk Park or getting to know our Celtic Ancestors in more depth with a visit to Craggaunowen Castle, or even enjoying an exquisite feast at Knapoggue Castle. No matter what your choice, we guarantee an unforgettable adventure.

Our daily motivation is to work under our values of integrity, teamwork, accountability, innovation, integrity and commitment.

If you are visiting Ireland, you must venture into an incomparable experience, and Shannon Heritage promises to exceed your expectations. Contact us for more information!
