Welcome to Polar Helicopters, based at Manston Airport in Kent, an absolutely fabulous helicopter flight school. Being a CAA-recognized flight school, they boast amazing instructors, an in-house examiner, a brilliant fleet of helicopters and marvelous facilities.

Obtain your private pilot license (PPL) and be able to travel in the coolest way. They offer courses for both private and commercial pilot licenses, as well as further pilot training (Night Rating, Type Rating and LPC). Their aim is to provide quality training while satisfying the wishes and needs of each pilot in training. Their instruction is incomparable! All their courses are personally tailored, the instructors take into account the needs, time constraints and individual goals of the students, training them in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

If you´re looking to learn how to fly a helicopter, look no further than Polar Helicopters and come to see how only the sky is the limit! The company also offers self-fly hire, so once you have your PPL, you will be able to rent out one of their aircraft and fly yourself.

To get to our installations, you must drive the A299 and then take the Spitfire Way. In a few minutes, you'll be arriving!
