We do horse riding the right way at Harmony Stables.

We are a riding stables and equestrian centre that cares: cares about our horses, cares about our community, and cares about the connections between horses and riders. We are a friendly stables that welcomes riders of all backgrounds and horses of all kinds too, always placing an emphasis on horse happiness and happy horse riding!

You’ll find us in the village of Buckley, in the Welsh County of Flintshire. Our base on Burntwood Road is in a charming, rural setting - surrounded by meadows and woodland - but large towns such as Cheshire and Wrexham are just a short drive away.

We offer riding lessons that teach cooperation with horses, holiday clubs, pony days and pony parties. There’s always a mix of fun and education, because we want all those who visit us to understand that the equestrian world isn’t just racing, show jumping and dressage. We also put on special events throughout the year, especially at Halloween and Christmas.

Finally, we run a horse rehabilitation project. We take in horses that have been improperly housed or badly brought up and give them bespoke care and treatment until, most of the time, they can participate in all the essential activities that horses should enjoy.
