Lavant House Stables is a professional and friendly equestrian centre on the South Downs National Park, near Chichester.
We have over 70 horses and ponies including many Spanish bred horses and 300 regularly riding clients. It's a beautiful place to enjoy riding, with 70 acres of wonderful pastures, woods and 2 all-weather schools. A new indoor school is currently being built and we hack out onto the South Downs regularly.
Lavant House Stables teach people from 4-84, of all abilities and ambitions. Lavant House StablesPony Club for children is one of the largest and most active in the UK - guaranteed fun and learning in a safe environment. With over 200 events in our 2013 calendar - clinics, training, activity days, own a pony days, Pony Club rallies, competitions, cross country, shows, social events - there is something for everyone.
Whether starting from scratch or returning to riding from childhood, our group and individual lessons will provide exactly the training you want. We also have horses and ponies for loan and for sale if you want to venture into horse ownership.
