Gorge walking is a milder form of canyoning suitable for all age groups. Freax Adventures  offers a pay and play service in Birmingham, but can also arrange to bring the canoes to you. Rock climbing is a great activity that everyone should try. Freax Adventures   offers both indoors and outdoors rock climbing instruction, they also have a great climbing wall for you to hire if you would like the climbing experience brought straight to you! The climbing wall is 7.3 metres high, and can have up to four people climbing it at once.
