Request Information FREEWelcome to St Vedas Surf School and hire centre, based on the East coast of Scotland at Coldingham Bay in the Scottish borders. We offer brilliant surf lessons for all abilities for surfers over 8 for those looking to get into the exciting and fun sport of surfing.
You can book into a surf lesson at Coldingham Bay with one of our ASI surf instructors. We can provide lessons for individuals, groups of friends and families and even Hens and Stag dos. Lessons are 2 hours, with approximately 15 minutes on the beach learning about the safety aspect of surfing and roughly 1hour 45 minutes in the water learning to surf. Class sizes may vary to a maximum of ten people. One-to-one tuition is available at an extra cost. All equipment Wetsuits, surf boots and surfboards will be provided for your lessons.
Food and drink is available in our licensed restaurant next to our surf shop overlooking the bay. We also hire surfing and bodyboarding equipment, wetsuits and also kayakings for when there are no waves.
