We run scuba diving courses in the UK and throughout the world! Diving is an exhilarating sport that provides a unique insight into the underwater world.

What do you need?

No previous diving experience is necessary, but you will need to pass a diving medical test.

We follow the PADI training system and within 4 – 5 weeks it is possible to reach Divemaster status.

Our recreational course programme includes:

Our location is ideal for biking and there is plenty of terrain to explore. We offer guided and self-led expeditions throughout Cornwall in areas of outstanding natural beauty.

The cycle trails have been designed with your safety in mind and they present a variety of off-road challenges. We offer:

• Coast to Coast Trail (11 miles)
• Great Flat Lode Trail (7.5 miles)

There are also many cycle lanes along main roads, enabling you to visit major towns and places of interest safely. We can provide a professional guide and affordable bike hire service.

Welcome to EBO Adventure Penhale Orienteering in Cornwall.

Orienteering requires skill and patience and involves maps, varied terrain and plenty of adventure.

It is suitable for people of all ages and abilities as you can run, jog or walk. The aim is to find designated control points that are detailed on a map, using a compass to navigate your way around the course.
Our qualified instructors will provide navigation instruction before the race begins.

The team to return back to the starting point first, having found each control point, claims victory!

We have a variety of orienteering routes to complete and you are welcome to contact us for more details. It is an ideal team building event.
