Intro to SUP Session on Coniston Water for 3h

Have a go at paddleboarding and start enjoying yourself straight away!

This is an introductory session for first-timers or relative newcomers to SUP. Our Intro to SUP sessions welcome individuals and private groups (upon request).

This means we will tailor the session to your wants and needs. Choose to focus on fun and games or work on perfecting your skills, it’s up to you. Here’s a tip - you’re going to make progress even if you’re “just” playing around.

You have control over the location as well. On Coniston Water, one of the most beautiful lakes in the country, we have two launch sites - Brown Howe and Coniston Boating Centre. There are facilities available at both. If you’d like to try a different lake, just let us know! Chances are we can work to your preference.

This 3-hour session is suitable for families with young children, as 5-year-olds can hitch a ride on their parents’ paddleboards and use their own from the age of 7. We supply the SUPs and comfortable wetsuits.
