Description of 2-Day SUP Course for Advanced in Anglesey
Join us for a 2-day trip in Anglesey if you want to have a ball of a time while improving your SUP skills. You will be able to learn how to adapt to challenging conditions and to paddle in exposed situations.
Designed by our founder, this intermediate course to develop SUP skills in exposed waters is suitable for a minimum of 2 people. It will help you set a strong foundation for any expedition of your choice in the future. You need to have previous experience in similar conditions to join this trip.
You will receive tuition from one of our expert paddleboarding coaches, and at the end of the course, you will receive a personalised action plan.
You will develop strategic performance and goal setting, strategic reliance, competence and ownership, problem-solving, and safety awareness.
This is what you need to bring with you: a suitable SUP board, paddle and leash, paddling, safety equipment (buoyancy aid and guide belt), helmet, wetsuit boots, dry bags, head torch (and batteries), tent, sleeping bag and mat, stove and fuel, lunch, evening meal and breakfast, snacks and drinks, warm and waterproof camp clothing and footwear, toiletries, basic first aid, medication(s), spare clothes, warm hat and gloves, and reusable water bottles.
