One of our friendly and highly experienced instructors will provide them with a safety briefing before the activity, some on-land practice, and the essential paddleboarding equipment (board, paddle, and buoyancy aid). They will obtain knowledge of paddleboarding movements, river mobility, and safety, as well as paddling techniques!
A small group of at least 14-year-old participants in this activity should be NO more than a total of six. We ask you to equip them with appropriate clothing based on the weather and bring personal items for their needs. Additionally, a parent/guardian must accompany them on the water to proceed to the activity.
We have something to offer paddlers of all skill levels. It is, in essence, accessible to anyone! Throughout this class, we guarantee that everyone will learn new things and have a great time.
Moreover, we typically hold our lessons at "half-tide," when there is virtually little river flow at Richmond, making the water exceptionally calm and safe for your little ones!
