Stand Up Paddleboarding is an offshoot of surfing, this one originated in Hawaii. Stand Up Paddleboarding was originated in Africa, and it consists on standing on your feet in the table board and go paddling with your arm. Waiting a wave and get on the deep face of it will make you move through the water, you only have to keep in mind that you have to maintain balance so you do not fall in the water!
